Kadiwala School Ring Road Surat-395002 has inter-aila:1. Considered and approved first interim dividend of Rs. 0.38 per Equity Share i.e. 3.8% on face value of Re. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to Rs. 8.44 Lakhs. Please note that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend if declared is being fixed as Thursday October 27 2022.
