Pursuant to said Settlement Application with application no. 6534/2021 filed by the Company SEBI has returned the settlement application filed for the following reasons: As investigation by SEBI in the matter is still under progress the application cannot be considered at this juncture. Accordingly the aforesaid settlement application in original is being returned to you in terms of Regulation 3(5) of the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations 2018. You may file the application once the examination in respect of the matter is completed.
