Director of the Company Hanung Toys & Textiles Ltd had informed that Honble High court of Delhi, New Delhi vide its order dated 12th July, 2018 has initiated the Liquidation process of Haunug Toys & Textiles Ltd and official Liquidator of Court is appointed as Liquidator.
