Insecticides (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 28th day of May 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31 2025.Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider trading in dealing with securities of the Company and the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Insecticides (India) Limited by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 01 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025.
