In continuation of our outcome of Board meeting dated 17.10.2022 with regards to provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend if declared is being fixed as Saturday October 29 2022 instead of Thursday October 27 2022. We request you to kindly take the above on your record.
