Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Nagpure as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 27th October 2022.2. Noting of the Resignation tendered by Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
