With reference to above and in pursuance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from the closure of the quarter ending on December 31 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ending on December 31 2022. Accordingly all designated persons and their relative are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting in which the results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
