At this time, can I invest in risky funds like DSP BlackRock Top 100, Reliance Growth or SBI Magnum Contra?

While some of these are good funds, some are average too. SBI Magnum Contra has been an above-average fund of late, but its returns over the past 3-4 years haven't been good. The same is the case with Reliance Growth. So you would do well to look at other alternatives as well. However, if you're disciplined with your investments, as in if you don’t invest in lump sum and are not going to pull out the money at wrong time, you will make money from average funds too. So keep investing regularly, even through the lean times. It is your discipline that is most important for your investments to do well.
